Re: FT points Store Increases

[ QUOTE ] You basically get the item discounted instead of getting it for free. [/ QUOTE ] You could just spend 1 month playing at another site that offers rakeback. [/ QUOTE ] Um... or you could just play on FTP and get rakeback and items? |

[ QUOTE ] The 50" plasma is the same, so whatever. [/ QUOTE ] QFT. I'd be pretty pissed if this had gone up, I'm saving up for it (150K points so far gogogogogo). But you're right OP, the book prices definitely went up. I'm sure I remember seeing Theory of Poker go for about 6k points before. [/ QUOTE ] The book prices were already too high before the increase. |

200 = $1 MGR = $0.27 RB. So 200,000 is $270. [/ QUOTE ] Buy the Vaio notebook for 235k take $317.25 hit on RB payment. The value of the Vaio is like 1200-1500, you should easily be able to get 800 on ebay for it. Ship 482.75 profit. |

Re: FT points Store Increases
lol FTP is screwing themselves over lately. Their CS is so [censored] and they make it pretty much impossible for SSNL players to accumulate FTpoints. It would take about 7 months for a 25NL-50NL player to get over 50k points for the 8GB IPOD. The same person could play at Stars for 3 months and get the 30GB IPOD. Yes rakeback kicks ass but in no way should it take 2-3x longer to get items that are not even the same value.

Re: FT points Store Increases
Ibanez, what on earth are you talking about?
So, you pick up 2 30 GB iPods in six months from PokerStars (and $0 rakeback, maybe $120 in bonuses if you're lucky), and FT gives you approximately $800 in rakeback + an 8 GB iPod in the same time frame. Why don't you just buy 2 30 GB iPods with your rakeback and be ahead one 8 GB iPod? Full Tilt is moderately better for low-level grinders who are getting 0.1/0.2 FPPs per hand played (such as NL$25/NL$50 full ring players). I may not get as much free stuff, but I'll take the $900 in bonus money and $200 in rakeback I've received over the free iPod any day. |

[/ QUOTE ] there are at least a few affiliates who don't carry over a negative balance, and some don't carry over one as long as it's not more than 200 in the negative... |
