Default FD+OESD on the turn, raise it up?

MP is a loser(around 70% vpip, makes allot of bad plays), BB is a ~25% VPIP

This is not good, but the rivercall is by far the worst.

I would fold PF too although at least you justified it (donky limping ahead of you). Flop is easy call. With up to 15 outs on the turn, a raise isn't terrible but I don't think it's optimal either, not quite for value since you dont have either nut draw. River makes you want to call but after BB 3-bet that innocuous turn you should fold with just 1 pair.

I may be weak, but I just about never semibluff 2 opponents on the turn.
I think Miles nailed it. Fold PF, call turn, fold river
