3 of a kind, my biggest leak

How deep do i need to be to really be able to fold a set,
one of the resons i seem to lose alot with sets, is coz i seen way over my share of set over set in the 17k hands i played this month after getting PT.

But i post some of my losers and I want to know if it would really be ev+ to fold a set in these spots.
If im 100BB or less im always never folding set, but its been occasion where we have been playing closer to 150-200BB. Im playing 100nl, my image is always lag.

Here I almost folded coz of the bad "acting", but this player have been playing pretty donkish, and could easy be overplaying a overpair, two pair etc etc.

Im gonna be posting alot of hands, as im trying to get pretty serious about my poker.
