The post I quoted said you'd push the turn. The turn is all I was referring to.

If I played the hand I'd raise preflop and as played be happy to get AI on the flop.

pushing the turn is terrible. You either call/fold the turn

The mistake is not pushing the flop.

Ah, my bad. I'm tired and meant to go to bed 4 hours ago. Insomnia is a bitch...that said, yes, pushing the flop is bad...not sure what I was thinking there, disregard and blame my lack of sleep, fair?

Not telling me anything I don't already know. I'm supposed to be at work in 5 hours...yeah, probably NOT going to happen now.

C'est la vie! God Bless sick time, eh? I'm just glad I have the discipline to not play right now, in this state

well, you're not getting the "direct" pot odds to call on the turn. So if you do call you're making a -EV play unless you think you can get paid off on the river. The only reasonable plays are to call/fold imo.

It really depends on what your implied odds are.

[/ QUOTE ]15 outs = needing 2.07:1 to call...pot odds are 2.66:1. Pot odds make this an easy call and there are obvious implied odds.

thanks guys, great feedback really appreciate it. as many posters have said, raise PF and shove the flop would've been my best course of action and I realize that now.
