Does anybody know what 'cold call %' mean?

UTG raises, CO 3bets and BUTTON calls - is this a cold call?

Any other cold call except a pre flop raise? Is that what the difference is between the two?

Well I went through the PAHud and PT forums and it seems like there are problems with both of these stats.

Both use total hands as the denominator, not hands in which you are facing a raise. There are obvious problems with this implementation.

Cold Call does not include the blinds. It only includes pots where you have no money in to start with, and then call a raise.

Call Preflop Raise includes the blinds, and hands where you limp/call, if you are into that sort of thing.
