Default NL100: AK vs solid TAG

Villain is SiberianMan and seems very solid. He's been running at 21/11/1.5 and been very straight forward. However, he has seen me play very out of line. I have been raising and reraising a ton and keep having to fold. I probably have a pretty bad image. Should I three barrell here or is that just spew?

The reason my image is bad is because I have been raising PF, betting flop, check folding turn. I hadn't double barrelled yet. Does this change anything?

This makes is a lot more likely that he actually has a hand. He could have had AT and just played it passively. You should check river.
