Good Place to Buy DVDs?

I just bought a new TV and DVD player. I want to load up on DVDs before I move into our new house. Are there any sites out there that sell DVDs in bulk or cheaper than retail value?

On the street in any big city. Asia is even better but less convenient. Never pay more than $5
