edit: B/c UTG is 45/5ish is the reason I didn't raise PF. I was pretty sure he wasn't folding very often.

I think this is fine. If you had bet out, he had raised to 13, and you had pressed it to 60 or something, then I would probably call. Pots still relatively small when he decides to overbet the pot by about 3 times.

Fold. Most of the time you are just under 50/50 to take this and the pot is offering you just about that. But I think the chance that he's on a higher flush draw, or even a set with possible full house outs if you make your flush on the turn - or a single higher diamond giving him a river redraw if you get there - make it a fold.
