PF is arguably a raise if he's doing this too much, but tis' risky.

I think calldown is ok if you haven't played many pots with him, but you should raise occasionally in this spot if he c-bets/double barrels ATC/Ace-high so you don't get put in tough spots calling down when scare cards hit. I'd muck if board didn't pair on turn.
