I'm guessing person? btw, I doubt the moneygram and WU and stuff will get uberregulated cause there is so much money going through them between illegal aliens and mexico that the feds are not gonna touch that situation imo.

[/ QUOTE ] when I sent my 2k at walmart the lady just said "your total is 2009.95" and looked at me like I was buying anything else. I did it in cash but I would think you could swipe a card.
