PT help with deleting files

Im not sure where to post this so im going to just put it here... I have a database with about 300K hands on AP and want to put it on an external HD so it doesnt eat up so much space on my laptop.. can anyone tell me how to do this and which files to copy?

Access or PSQL? I'm pretty sure this will be covered in the FAQ on the PT forums.
