Default NL100: Calling push from possible good hand with TPTK?

Villain is 18/11/2.3 (2.7/1.6/2.4) so he pretty passive preflop and I done some research on stove. Is this assumption any good vs player with this stats and no other reads? So can we play this way or this is a fold somewhere?

He's a nit and he basically min-checkraised you on the flop, easy fold right there I would think. He's obviously not trying to push you off your hand.

edit: and he's oop yet. tptk is not a big pot hand against this guy, pot will be too bloated on the turn, i just get away from this

Agreed btw. I don't think now that odds that he can have TP with lesser kicker is high.
