Default Is there a river raise here?

This is probably pretty easy. MP2 is tight and fairly straight forward, he has only only shown down premium hands. That being said, is there value raising this river?

I suspect that many posters with questions do so because of the results of the hand.

IMO a call was right on the river. For me to raise I would have to think I am winning more than 50+ percent of the time and I don't think that.

Aside from that wasn't MP1's action strange. He called and cold called two all the way to the river and then open folded. I wonder what he had. Even if he misclicked I wonder what he was calling all that way with.

Sry for sounding like a prick; I just thought giving away the results in the title was bad form.
I guess I also get frustrated w/ the lack of handreading in this forum. When somebody donks a J52 flop and then a J river, he doesn't have a 5 or 2 compared to a J or air often enough to raise.
The donkbets you need to spit on are those on the turn (paired boards, flush cards) which (as described in a SSH footnote) are very rarely what they're trying to represent...the advice I've read in other threads lately just don't seem to understand this.
I guess this comes with experience though.
