I like your preflop play and your flop play even though it isn't your dreamflop. But when you don't win it here you can assume you are behind unless your opponent is on some kind of draw or just a "floppeeler". So that is the question. You should have some reads here on villain.
Perhaps I would bet the turn but it depends a lot on my tableimage and this should be to bluff not for value.
I wouldn't bet the river in your case: I don't think he has a lesser hand often enough when he does call. Sometimes he'll call with 7's or 4's or eventually a lower pocket. Other times he will call with Q's or K's and raise you with a big hand. On the other hand he might bluff his busted flushdraw and you will gain one BB there. Remember he won't call with nothing.

I bet the flop and that is the only bet I put in without improving to a straight/boat.

Fwiw, you're mainly betting on the flop to discourage villain from betting you off with 22-99, and you might even fold JJ.

Seems like a very obvious flop bet to fold hands like 87 and other random crap which might bet to force you off the hand. Don't bet the river. C/F.

However if I raise pf get a coldcaller and one of the blinds calls too wouldn't C-bet that flop.

I like the flop bet. I like the turn check and on the river here I would check again. He is calling with Q9 but not necessarily betting it.

river bet sux because he's folding a missed draw and calling you with any Q, K, or A.
