Gold Rush WW (starts July 9th) - sign up early and often
Lynchings are so passé. For our next average speed werewolf game, we're going to have some variety: gunfights, poisoned drinks, drownings, suicidal insanity, slow starvation in the wilderness, several different ways to freeze to death, and, yes, maybe even being torn apart by real live wolves. All in graphic poetic detail! This themed werewolf game is set in the wilds of the far north during the Klondike gold rush at the turn of the last century. (Were-fox, actually -- but we'll get to that.) What's the special occasion, you may ask? Two reasons. One, your host has lived in Alaska for half his life, and wanted to share a bit of local colour with you, in exchange for having made his past teammates deal with his time zone. Two, this year marks the centennial of the publication of Robert W. Service's first book, The Spell of the Yukon. A few of you may have heard of him... those of you who haven't, a little culture won't hurt you. The characters in the game will be the usual range of wolves, seers, angels, and villagers. Character names and death-stories taken from appropriate passages of Robert Service, with just a few extra wrinkles inspired by the endings in some of the poems. I am aiming for 20 to 25 players, six-ish wolves, two good and one evil seer. Comments on balance and special roles welcome: in particular, godfather yea or nay; and opinions of the wisdom of having two angels / how much their powers need limited to keep them from being gamebreakingly strong.

i'm in
i'm not high on godfather role, as i like villager's information to be accurate when they get it from a source (seer, etc), but i'm in either way angels are good; u may wanna stop them from protecting outed seers at 100% (or at all)

I thought the Tale of Two Cities game was being moved back to the 9th. Not that I care either way but I'm just bringing up a potential conflict.
