whats the best map for high scores do you think?

i was looking at alot of the highscores and most people 100mill+ have used the heartmoniter shaped one.

I prefer the spiral definantly.

Quite an addictive game.

The key becomes pretty obvious after one or two attempts. There is a combo (I believe it's one of each, turret, rocket and laser) that sends out a big ball that deals MASSIVE amounts of damage really quickly. Getting that combo along with some mines and so on works really well. Then just lay down damage increasing towers.

It's impossible after around 130-135. I'll be doing fine at 125 then they just get super hard. I got 113 mil. Soooo slow in the beginning.

I don't think you can kill them without the big ball combo (I think it might be the BFG?) The BFG two-shots them and has a really high ROF whereas your towers do little to no damage against them.

It looks like for me it's one of each plus another blue. It's a ball that fires rockets. Do the damage/rate/range increaser towers apply to these special powers? If not, then they are really not worth it (except maybe range).

Also, it's important which tower of the group "sees" the enemy first. That determines which special power comes out. Took me a while to determine this. Hint be damned.

Ok, 2 blue + 1 green + 2 red. Make sure one of the blues "sees" enemies first before the others. It lays mines down that when they explode, about 12 missiles fly out and they shoot at the enemies. The missiles stay in the sky as long as the lasers they shoot kill the enemies.

errr.I had an awesome system going..not even the chance of a leak since I had probably 100+ laser missles flying around...

then at level 125 the whole thing freaked out on me and froze like this eventually..



EDIT: notice how much $ I have...I got it all as soon as the game started to freak out.

and I have enough kills to be at level 177..maybe I hit the spacebar about 50 times by accident [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

punkass, were those formations giving you the big laser cluster bomb landmine...

when I tried that, it keps spitting out big cluster bomb landmines..no lasers..which are significantly worse I believe.

Is there some secret to the laser chains? I've tried covering the screen with lasers and the results have been pretty poor.

Also, there is an $8500 turret available that isn't mentioned in the help file. Any clue what it does?
