I play both hands as you did. In the first hand, I raise to drive away 2 clubs. In the second hand, I like the flop check, but by the turn, you need to get some money in there. Tough luck on both hands, but I think you played them right.

Both of your opponents have to have some sort of hands for you to make money unless they are just crazy nutballs.

villian is rly nitty. if we raise and he calls, we are pretty tuff against his range, and we are OOP. QQ is an easy hand to play OOP when our range is open. calling is good a lot of the time given that kind of villian

as played, i like both hands. i generally stab the flop in the first hand about 30% of the time. cant always check ur monsters

He raises 6% of hands. He's raising more in the cutoff (i assume, of course). I would never call here against a villain with a raise % >1.

ok...what does raising do? (other than allow villian to play "perfectly" in a big pot against us, give away our range mostlikely, and allow worse hands to play perfectly as well).

I never really thought of this so thanks for bringing it to my attention.

The only thing it really does is help us not lose a big pot because he's so nitty. It also helps protect our hand against pocket pairs and SCs by cutting down his implied odds. I'm probably wrong, but you're making a case for just calling AA here as well. I assume you don't do that.
