Default Best LHE in the USA???

I have talked to quite a few people from many areas of the country about where they think the best limit hold em is in the US and from what I have heard, and also read the list goes something like this.

1) LA
2) Arizona
3) Minnesota
4) Vegas
5) Atlantic City

I have played at the top 4 and agree that they are all good. I don't know what others have heard or experienced but I would like to hear others opinions on this as well.

PS - This is not in any way a brag post saying Minnesota players are better than Vegas or AC players or anything like that. Hell I'm just a middle limit player and not even that good. This is just meant to get a good conversation going on this.

Yes 30/60 is highest in MN.

To TT yes go ahead and break it down by;

Low Limit, Middle limit, and High Limit if you like.

Best low lhe, Ive played is either Veg or MN, mid lhe is LA, High Lhe dont know, but think Borgata or Fwoods is prob better than Commerce or the B. Fwiw, Ive played all but AC. Have played Tstone, which apparently has alot of the same regs. The games there were unreal also, but I think the east coast is generally nittier.

I've only been to Vegas, but for Middle LHE, Calgary AB only has one real casino for MLHE and its 1000x better than vegas! I remember trying to get a 15/30 going at the venetial for an hour thinking "why the hell did I leave calgary?" haha

I'm curious where people rate Foxwoods as well.

Personally, I find the Foxwoods 10-20 game to be a very profitable game.

Typically, most players in this game will be overly loose-passive on early streets, calling 2 and 3-bets with the same range of hands with which they would limp.

At night, it is not unusual to find staddling and 5-way capped pots.

There are definitely some skilled players, but they are regulars and are usually easy to recognize.

good for you since the 10-20 is the toughest Holdem game in Foxwoods, ipso-facto the toughest game in the Northeast.

Foxwoods should definitely be in the top 3 of the list. It has great game selection, loose players, and the rake is not high.

And collusion among locals is very rare; we hate each other more than the tourists.
