what happened with lehmann?

[/ QUOTE ]

He let up a really soft goal. It was shot directly at him (chest high), and he basically deflected it in.

Auf Wiedersehen Lens you [censored] kraut POS or Stücke Scheiße I should say. He's 2 for 2 so far. Put in Manuel Almunia already!

Total BS penalty for Chelsea, Rob Stiles with a horribly officiated game.

Lehman has be replaced, this is just ridiculous. Almunia is just as good as Lehman, if not better now.

KDawg, this probably ends ManU's title defence. Pretty astounding to only have 2 point out of 9 to start the season.

Man U are still only 5 points behind Chelsea with 35 games to go so its definitely a little early to say that.

Hopefully Arsenal and Liverpool can get close this season and mount a proper challenge. (especially Liverpool [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]) Both teams looking good so far though could be an exciting season.

Both Liverpool and Arsenal should have taken all 3 points today

2 out of 9 is big. Especially since they haven't played Chelsea, Pool, or Arsenal yet.

Pool got [censored] on by a BS penalty
Arsenal got [censored] on by another lehman [censored].

Watched Liverpool - Chelsea today. It was a good match and too bad the bad penalty was so decisive.

Both Torres and Babel looked excellent for Liverpool, although Torres fell off significantly in the second half when they went defensive.

In general I thought the style of both teams was better than last year. Both play too much long ball for my liking, but otherwise it was a nice match to watch. Obviously being tired was a factor today but both today and in the past Liverpool play such nicer football with Crouch out of the lineup. They seem to shift to more of a "send the long ball in the air to Crouchie" mode.

I have to say that for Chelsea if they had someone like Alves who can make run after run down the wing, they would be a much better side. Their attack is a bit like I described Liverpool's with Crouch, and they can be one dimensional. They have the defensive midfielders to give him cover as well.
