And I thought the reason you guys liked him was because he was the libertarian candidate?

[/ QUOTE ]

They said Libertarian, implying that he was running for the LP's nomination, not the GOP's.

[/ QUOTE ]

I clearly heard the capital L too. What a freakin' joke.

It was an Internet article...

I'm not sure which way elwood's sarcasm is supposed to go. The article says "Libertarian". Perhaps elwood (little e) is unaware that there is actually a Libertarian Party (Big L) that have their own candidate, while Ron Paul is a libertarian (little l) Republican (big R).

It's unreal how unflinchingly straight the line is every since 8 am. Almost looks too good to be true.

$7 million with time to spare! If we go 12 AM to 12 AM ET, we still have 25 minutes to get to $4 million in 24 hours! Still need over $100k though so probably won't get there. Anyway, the West Coasters should still be donating so who knows where this will end up!

I think there'll be quite a surge at around 11:50ish that makes it possible.

Right! They'll need $7.1 million total to get $4 million for the day! That would be awesome!

[/ QUOTE ] I predict he'll be about $10-20k short of $4million for the day

At the present rate we'll be just a few thousand short of $4 mil.
