i think his low aggression factor shouldn't bother you .
I think he is capable of doing this as a kind of blocking bet with a queen or maybe jj or a lower pp.

If you're betting the turn , you have to call villains donk bet .

Another option is checking behind if you think he's not calling down a lot .

Q: What do u fear?

I think it's Qx mostly, folding is impossible given the odds, and raising is retarded.

Villain's hand sample size is too small to fold. Call. if he has set/flush then note it and NOW you have a read that there's a solid chance he's a nit.

I can elaborate if you wish: you need to be right about 25% of the time. This bet can very well be a blocking bet of KQ, QJ etc or even a hand like 99 with the 9 of hearts. That said, folding is completely out of question.
