Than you can make better decisions in the future. I'm playing NL100SH at stars too, (probably some of worse regs...), and i instantcall this. And i ALWAYS note hands like this.

Well I fold, don't think he is doing it with a single Q.
Turn my Intention is bet/fold, if he calls I'm done with the hand and hope for free showdown. Typical line from villain for a flush...
