I have been playing elsewhere but now it is time to make my assault on Supernova Elite. I have 1,309 VPP’s so only 998,691 VPP’s to go. I am not going to stress out about still waiting on my Paytru card or waiting on my Epassporte card or having to play 20,000-30,000 tournaments or 1 million to 3 million ring games. I’ll use the concierge service to pay for my carpal tunnel and new eye surgeries.

Scotty there should be a late bloomer/comeback award for who ever makes Supernova Elite with the fewest points on the latest date in the year. At 1,309 VPP’s on June 16 I am almost a lock !!!

I so wish I had started grinding at the beginning of the year instead of april...85k vpp in the last month, if I had just a little more time, I could make a run at SNE, I think...

If I could learn to stop playing such crappy poker maybe I would have a chance of making it to a mil.

750 points = $21k-ish in cash
The next 250k points = $30k-ish in tourney value (some of that perhaps being cash instead of a WSOP entry)

Arrgh, that's such a huge difference.
Not to mention the 5x FPP accumulation the following few months instead of 3.5x.

750k is okay.
But if you're going to be anywhere 800k-ish by the end of the year it doesn't make sense to not push further to try to get to 1-million (yes, I realize Stars WANTS you to push for that amount...but the incentives for 1-million are just so big that I'm drawn to the damn carrot like an idiot)
