Yea sorry, I already have the ranges in SNGWiz, I was just trying to figure out why theres a discrepancy between SNGWiz and the propokertools tournalyzer. I don't use the propokertools for SNGs but a friend does and told me it has him only calling TT+ ( lol) here, while SNGWiz has us calling (55+,A8s+) which is obviously more reasonable.

Is there something simple I'm missing as to why ProPokerTools has us calling 4% and SNGWiz has us calling 10%?

That's with antes (assuming stars) and adjusting 20% pushing range to include 22, 33, and 44 which most players don't differentiate from 55. I have know idea what ProPokerTools is.

I was just about to reply to one saying "read the FAQ, get an ICM calculator, blah blah." But then I though why on Earth would I do that? All it does is turn a donk into someone with a clue whats going on while not helping my game at all. I come here to improve my game and for the banter, not to make the games I play in tougher. Or is this against the 2+2 ethic? Im not saying you shouldn't help weaker players but if it gives you no benefit at all it seems kind of retarded. What do y'all think?

if you don't want to answer questions and help people, yes, it does kind of go against the spirit of the forum (what else is the point of coming here?), but when no one ever seems to read the notified stickies it kind of irks me still, and thats when I decide its not worth my time to repeat things 10000x. That said, it's not wrong to not reply to a thread though, no one replies to everything.

If I see a post easily not post-worthy had the person tilted their head 1/2 a degree upwards when looking at the forum page, a lot of the time I'll just direct them there, as it still takes time to apply all of these concepts to make themselves good (which most people cant do long run), even those that read the FAQ through and through dont necessarily succeed at any level. If I dont find that worth while, I simply dont answer. hope that helps.
