Default 200NL - QQ from SB facing button PFR

I'm having issues sizing my preflop 3bets, any advice would be appreciated. I'm also eager for thoughts on what to do when faced with the flop reraise.

Villain hasn't done anything stupid over a fair number of hands, but I've seen him play very aggressively on the flop. Just previous to this hand he'd pushed the flop on a flush draw.

Stack sizes:
UTG: $65.40
UTG+1: $92.05
Button: $415.90
SB (Hero): $205.60
BB: $124.44

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="red">Button bets $7</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $20</font>, BB folds, Button calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($42, 2 players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $30</font>, <font color="red">Button raises to $80</font>, Hero ???.
