Party ripped me off
So I cashed in 100K party points a while back for the surround sound system which is supposed to be the Sony davdx250, which is worth roughly $350. I finally get it today, and guess what? Its not the system they show on their site and the one i thought I was ordering, its the davdx255, which is worth about $100 less.
I emailed them, and guess what? No response. God I [censored] hate party poker. I dont even play there anymore and they still manage to piss me off. Im not shocked at all, I mean this is SOP for party. But its still [censored] BS, how can you "sell" one thing and then ship something different and think its fine?

I ordered a bunch of magazines when they first opened the new store. I'm pretty sure that I have not gotten all of them. I don't even remember what they were offering. I just looked and all they have now are poker magazines.
It's funny to look at the items in the store. A lot of the images are distorted. It's like they told some kid in the design dept to make all of the images in the store 120x120 or whatever and he just shrunk the images without regard to scale. They're stretched out and all [censored] up either vertically or horizontally. It's so typical and so [censored] lame for a company with so much money. Party is the epitome of the phrase "a blessing and a curse."

If your overflowing toilet casino offered a bad beat jackpot of ten grand that you won, and they gave you six gand and said "Enjoy" would you still play there? Party makes billions and a) can't protect their own money (cabin upgrade fiasco) b) doesn't deliver on their promotions and STILL people go blithely by assuming their money is safe there. If Party can't keep their own money safe, how the hell can you trust them with yours? If something did happen, how can you have any confidence in their ability to handle the situation competently?
