When is best poker action during March Madness?

Planning to hit vegas for about a week sometime in March since i'll be between jobs. I get out there about 5 times per year, usually just to play poker. I've heard March Madness is a great, if not the best time of the year for poker action. IE lots of drunk guys taking a stab at NL like they've "seen on ESPN."
I'm an advanced NL cash game player. Will play $1/2 to $5/10 NL, maybe higher. Prefer good $2/5 deep stack action. Have adequate bankroll for most any games. I'm primarily looking for lots of action.
Is any part of March better than the other? IE 2nd week vs. 4th week. I don't follow college hoops, so i don't know what stage of the tournament draws the most people.
Any specific date suggestions would be great. Thanks.

I would think the first week would be good since there are probably more people in town given that there are more games. Superbowl weekend is rumored to be out of control

I figure MGM room should be could considering the close proximity to their nice sportsbook.

The week of 64 and the week of 16 are basically the same. Both are a little better than the finals weekend.

I've been out to the "Land of Milk and Honey" the last four years for the first week of the tournament. I think this is the best week, as it usually coincides with many Spring Break weeks for colleges, there are a ton of teams in the tournament and its St Patricks Day Weekend.

Last year the MGM was rocking for most of the weekend, but mostly the lower limits rather than higher. Jimmy Johnson was playing in the NL game one night for about 10 hours. Kinda Cool. I'll be there again this year from the 14th to the 18th.

I've decided to come out for March 14-20. Staying at the Wynn on the poker rate.
I'm assuming that the best action (read loose) will be at poker rooms which are close in proximity to good sports books, such as MGM, Ceasars, etc.
Any other suggestions?
How is the Wynn sports book? I've been there, but i don't remember it being particularly big.

Wynn sports book is fine. It's not small, and it's just down from the poker room. But it's also not usually very busy...I'm sure that'll change for March Madness, though.

Wynn has uncapped 2/5 as does Caesars. Caesars sports book is directly outside the poker room, but the poker room lives in a cloistered room that folks can't rail. Palms and Venetian have $1000 2/5 caps. MGM, Bellagio, Mirage, and Rio are $500 caps and the poker rooms of each are basically attached to their sports books with Rio being the most obviously connected.

My guess for best place to play 2/5 during the madness would be Rio or Palms. But that's just a guess.

I was there last year and also saw Jimmy Johnson playing NL. I made some good cash at the $2/$4 or the $3/$6, can't remember which (was in Studio 54 prior to playing).
