odds of 6 blackjacks in a row
I don't believe people if they tell me they've gotten 6 blackjacks in a row, but dealing the other night, I actually gave out 6 in a row. Just wondering if anyone knows the odds of this happening.

Since # of decks will make a meaningless difference:
Less than 1 in 325,000. |

I was playing at my local casino once and the whole table got dealt blackjack (7 players). That was a 6 deck game.

Re: odds of 6 blackjacks in a row
6 decks. Thought the odds would be a bit higher then that. I've dealt for 7 years and have seen four in a row only two or three times, and I'd imagine I've dealt a million hands so...

Re: odds of 6 blackjacks in a row
there are 64 ways to deal a blackjack (AK*16,AQ*16...), given a continuous shuffler it would be ~(64/1326)^6 = 1/79Million but if it was given you had one BJ and needed 5 after that it would be 1/3.8Million
