I think I agree now with the fold line.... But what makes you decide weather its a fold or push? how aggro/loose does he have to be?

There isn't really a hard answer for that...but you have to answer what hands do you beat and how would a particular player play those hands against you. We're basically beating JJ/TT (which some nits may play like this) & FDs/combo draws (which passive guys usually don't raise up on the flop). So we're ahead of very little here.
