Default $5NL 6-Max, Two awkwards spots with combo draw

New to the table, no reads.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (5 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($20.30)
BB ($5.68)
UTG ($4.75)
Hero ($6.78)
Button ($3.35)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.15</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls $0.13, BB calls $0.10.

Flop: ($0.45) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $0.35</font>, BB calls $0.35, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.63</font>, SB calls $1.28, BB calls $1.28.

Awkward spot #1: SB lead bet seemed kinda donkish but I was somewhat interested, nonetheless, in what he could have been leading with. My plan was to smooth call if BB folded and bluff raise turn if an overcard hit so I could rep TPTGKish-type of hands, still having outs with my combo. When BB smooth called, this really threw me off. I didn't like the prospect of just calling with my combo now and having to ditch it on an undesirable turn card so I decided to raise. Thoughts.

Turn: ($5.34) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5 (All-In)</font>

Awkward spot #2: Now with SB out of the way, I'm putting BB on a draw. He didn't 3-bet the flop which told me he mostly didn't have 2p or a set. Although I don't like the 2nd draw presenting itself, the overcard has now hit (my bluffing card) but BB doesn't bet out, he checks. Against him and his stack size, I think a bluff raise on the turn would have been bad. Thoughts on the all-in play instead of betting lower.
