So is river call good b/c we assume opponent is value betting something worse or just bluffing?

Either or I think. I actually like to bet this turn after looking back on it, just because the board is so dry.

My standard line has been to raise to $5. Sometimes I just called, but now i'll raise more and never call. I dunno i'm just not very smart and my game is bad pf. I need some help w/ it. Was thinking about making a stats post or something. Any suggestions on best way to get help pf?
