Site Suggestion 2/4 player

Hello all,
I'm a rakeback newbie and I'm sure this has been asked a gazillion times. I am a 2/4 player and currently play around 20,000 hands a month at Party. I have been playing for around three years and never had an affiliate and often kick myself for never doing so. My main account is at Party, while I have dabbled at UB and Paradise. What site would you reccomend for rakeback% and soft 2/4 full and 6-max, PokerTracker able, and what kind of money can I expect to get from having an affiliate? Also, how would I go about doing this and how do I recieve the money from the RB.
