From what I've read, stretching is largely bs as far as becoming more flexible goes. If you lift well and focus on form, THAT's your stretching.

I'd just say keep at it, focus on form. I'm sure there are some tips and tricks others can point you to help you progress.

Interesting you say this....I was also thinking that just working on my form will help me with my flexibility. Would like to hear others thoughts on this.
