His bet sizing and stats don't make me think that this is a bluff...

I thought with the conservative nature of his preflop stats, my lack of a crazy image, and the fact that people rarely bluff the river at NL200 and NL400 that it would be extremely difficult for him to call with AA/KK.

He tanked for a bit and folded. He claimed to have QQ. I believe him because I later made a huge donk move and he said, "Maybe I should've called that time with QQ..."
