Default Flopped Trips Semi Deep

Reads: Villain is "Weak Tite." I have him around 20/15 or so over 65 hands. He has been at the table for 10 hands or so and built his stack from flopping a set with 4 to the flop and c/r a guy with TPGK, getting it in on the turn.
He doesn't seem very good. He flopped the nut straight out of the blinds and c/c flop+turn, it got checked through on river. Also in the set hand, I was PFR, I checked, he checked behind me with 2 player left to act. That seemed bad because it can get checked through alot.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($845.75)
Button ($421)
SB ($522.15)
BB ($200)
UTG ($823.50)
MP ($207.30)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, Button calls $8, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($19) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $14</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $36</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero...</font>

What do you do here?

stack a donk. honestly he's most likely bluffing, so let him stab again. maybe you'll get lucky and he will have 88 and felt it. shouldn't be hard to get paid here if he has a hand.

You got this bastard good, call flop raise and cr turn hard, It's tough for him to have a better hand than you here a decent portion of the time.

I figured this was way too deep for a stackadonk.

Is 3-betting terrible, letting JJ-55 off the hook too easily?

I would say draws make up more of his range with these stack sizes as opposed to 100BB deep. What do you think?

cr the turn seems spewy to me. Depends a bit on whether he 3bets in position a lot, but he could easily have a better Q or 44, but he's not going to have a worse Q too often. I see two good options:
-call; c/c; bet
-call; bet

I incline towards the second line, just because I think he checks behind with most of his range on the turn.
