Are there really that many people playing more tables?

I've been playing 20 (that's pretty much my max and I'm not stupid enough to play more because I don't want to slow the games and/or lose money).

I can just about play 24, but soon as I hit a decision that needs just a little thinking time, the buggers start timing out like crazy.

I'll try sticking to 20 I think. 16 is about the limit where it's still relaxed though.
