Default $55 NLTRN 2 very very common spots

this guy is a little strange and will slow play some hands but for the most part he's ur typical donk...Here are two situations that come up a lot and im not sure how exactly the lines should go:

Spot 1: You're betting along and the donkey is calling along and then the board pairs...is my line good?

Spot 2: Here you have top pair and he's calling down....do u bet the river for value? Here I should have but i got scared taht he had hit something...

First one I check and try to catch a bluff.

Second one is close, I generally take the same line but there's room for thin value (sometimes), the higher your kicker the better, but if he's bad enough you can thin value with A8.

second one i always ob the river and let him think you missed a draw... its obv that he was drawing there u shoulda at least vb

I don't think overbetting really accomplishes anything with that board, especially with an 8 kicker. What is he calling with that doesn't beat hero? Unless villain is ridiculously loose I would just call.

Overbetting with super strong hands is probably the best play unless you have particular reads against villain. I'd assume Indy did not have these sort of reads against this guy or he would not have posted these two hands.
