Default Live MTT Hand somewhat deep

Just curious about this hand.

Villian is quite loose aggressive has around 17k I have around 38k chips

150 ante, 8 handed 500/1000 blinds

From MP I raise 66 to 3000,

Villian calls on the big blind,

Flop 8/8/7,

He checks to me, I made a bad bet here i think i bet 2500, he mini-raises to 5000.

Push, fold or call is right here ?

Hm, bet more on the flop imo... Pot is around 7.7k and you are betting 2.5k? Hm, bet like 5.5k... He doesn't want to minraise that with nothing IMO, putting in 14k chips of his 17k stack...

But those 2.5k? Imagine him holding AQo, you are betting weak, sure, why not, he might think he's up front, depending on how you have been playing the tournament...

Because of your low bet on the flop I think you are missing out information on his hand, so it's a difficult decision to make...
