Default River bet / call?

Villan is 45/23

Pre-flop is loose-aggro, but limpers were donkeys who I wanted to punish with position....

very interesting hand. check-raise is an unusual move on his part - it looks like a bluff to me for some reason, yet it's not a big enough raise to push you off of anything. so i'm leaning towards he had the flush and hoped you would bet.

yeah you played it exactly how i would (except for pf). i don't think you can fold for 35 more dollars in a $170 pot with a straight. sucks that the river filled both your straight and his flush.

I think Villian has you beat most of the time but you have to call because of the great odds (4.6:1)

River is standard. You have to call even though you are beat most of the time and you definately have to value bet it. Unfortunately he most likely hit his flush after he c/r.

you have to think of the villians range and of these range how he plays the river imo he has to have the flush here, for less than a min raise after hes been so passive on every street and then shoves when the flush gets there also imo river bet too big whats calling you on the river what are you gettin value from for a pot sized bet you cant just bet and hope he calls what did you have villian on before river??
