Default 25 NL- AJ flops trips

villian was running 42/7/1.5 over only 25 hands. didnt go to showdown over that time.

the tiny donk bet on the turn - my experience a draw, spades?

river, spades just got there.

went wrong on the turn i think. you had the lead and you lost it. rr 3/4 pot and if he calls it ur beat. cheaper than calling the river bet.

If he calls that he is most likely ahead, nott behind. VPIP of 40? I'd rr 3/4 pot and call a shove.

So we value bet turn/raise turn for value to ~ 6$, this could be any Ax/ heart fdraw , gthot str8, stubborn big pair like QQ e.t.c. given vilians stats , given also he doesnt' got to showdown much I'll be a bit more cautious on river but I may still shove.

Your only behind A2,A3,AQ,AK and 22,22.

Also 'raising' turn is for protection vs 2 flsuh draws out there ~ 18 cards on river complete a flush -obv some give you FH.

If he calls turn bet and donks river as he did here I'd just call.

thanks for the replies. I usually raise this turn, but if im reraised or shoved on I'm prob. behind, but usually have trouble folding it.

I didnt think he had a spade draw, what spades would call the flop?? I thought he had either hearts (KQ, KJ, suited connectors) or an ace.

Raise the turn to about 4.50. find out where you're at and make him pay the wrong price if he is drawing.
