Default KQo on BUTTON early in $5.5 16kGTD rebuy - can I be not so passive?

$5.5 16k GTD rebuy, 1100 left of 1800, blinds 75/150, rebuys still on, starting stack 1500, avg stack 5k

1 - I don't want to raise PF, cause this is rebuy in $5 with rebuys on so I will probably get reraised AI by some 88 or even shity QJs/33.
2 - On flop I think I'm not best, but odds are good so I call
3 - Turn same, start to think I might be best, bur raise is not an option
4 - Flush board, but again odds, I'm last to call

Could/should I have played this diffrently? How?

If you are going to play it like that, fold PF.

It looks goofy as hell but I think your line on each street is reasonable.

I really would have preferred to raise the turn (to build pot), but keeping the pot small with position works.

a) fold PF - can be an option, but I want to try to double (can't fold till blinds make me push J9o)

b) seriously raise flop - seriously you can add some reasoning; raise 3 ppl on 2-flush flop? what for? to fold to AI or call AI as worse?

c) raise turn - for me it was only one place to raise reasonably, but I thought about some quote:
"So again, do not raise in No Limit Hold'em -- especially tournaments -- if there is a reasonable chance that a reraise will make you throw up." -- David Sklansky (Tournament Poker for Advanced Players)
