I am assuming the site operators will contact the affiliates when this hits. So what prevents the poker rooms from doing a bottomless no load bonus? I assume nothing but it's the same thing.

What I've been told is, this is a PUBLIC stance. There is no more PUBLIC rakeback. It sounds like private rakeback is still fine, but only at 30%. But NOTHING will be public. If there is, there will be harsh penaltys.

If it's not allowed and only done privately, how can it be capped at 30%? What's to stop someone from giving 35% when they aren't allowed to be giving rake back in the first place?

Can I still sign-up for Prima sites in the next days to get a rakeback deal with a high percentage?

Yes but, it would seem that your % will be lowered to 30% eventually.

Why...if rake back is not permitted there to begin with?

How would they enforce a rate cap if all deals are private?
