QQ Bizarre PF action

Ok so UTG is a bad LAG, something like 40/23/2, CO, however, is Xis10tialist, kind of a strange TAGish player who runs like 24/14/2. He's a decent player but he cold-calls a lot and i've seen him limp UTG then fold to a raise, so he doesn't seem great after seeing that but I've never seen him do anything too dumb. Anyway he probably knows that the UTG opener is LAGGY and bad, he knows that I might squeeze light but in general I play straight forward. I haven't been caught bluffing or making any huge moves at the table so far bhut i have been running like 25/18 so pretty active. So what do we think here? What ranges do we put each player on and is calling/shoving correct?

utgs not folding ever and his range is prolly AK+ QQ+. CO can have anything with AK or TT ish being most likely imo.

i think id reluctantly fold

UTG is a pretty bad lag and could easily have TT+/AQs+/AKo imo once he makes the pot-sized 3-bet, so I think I have his range beat, I guess I'm just wondering about CO, what hands does he play this way?

looks to me like he's wanting to isolate the UTG with a pair, no larger than JJ, easily less....he probably thinks you may have tried to isolate the UTG too, which makes the play look much stronger to an inexperienced player.

i call no hesitation. could it be AA? very doubtful, but if he played them like this, he's lucky you reraised behind him and my chips are his until i hit the set.

I call because unless you've been squeezing this session there's no way CO has KK+ here.

If UTG is almost never folding, you're getting 2.5:1 for the main pot and 1:1 on the sidepot. It's likely really, really close if you do the math.
