Default Boston University Online CFP Program

So I'm thinking about getting my CFP certification after college. I'm going to be graduating with an undergrad in Econ. The CFP certification requires an education requirement and there are many online programs out there that fulfill this requirement. I am wondering if anyone has done this Boston University CFP program or any similar online program to fulfill their CFP education requirement.

And also if anyone who has a CFP certification has any advice... Also, for anyone who knows, what do you guys think of the CFP certification? Does it set you apart? I could see myself becoming a financial planner or something along those lines. This program is not as difficult as the CFA certification, correct? I also think that the CFA has more opportunities for immediate lucrative jobs after the program.

Also, if any CFPs have stories about their experience or their job search after receiving the certification that would be awesome as well.

thanks
