Default QQ in BB 2NL (Including tought process)

I have no stats. I do have a few reads.

UTG was overagressive, "bluffing" and overbetting pots. He got paid with some good hands tough.

CO was loose passive.

Tought process:

Preflop: Pretty standard imo. Maybe one BB more is ok to.

Flop: This board doesn't look very scary. I bet out. I'm getting action from UTG. I just call I don't want to push him from a weak or strong T.

Turn: Turn card is very good. I check to show some "weakness". He bets out again and I don't have much left so I just shove. Imo villian will pay off now with any T, because he will feel committed.

Is this the way to stack-a-donk?
