I'd bet more on turn, close to pot. Any seven will counterfeit your hand and a heart might make you loose. Also, they should know you have a strong hand as you showed strength on flop by raising even though there is a bettor and caller (even though NL5 villains don't seem to pay too much attention to this), which again makes a pot sized bet reasonable.

On that blank river I think your 1/2 pot bet is fine.

bet .75 to .80 maybe even .90 on turn and half pot to a little more on is fine for river nh.
