I agree that KK would have rather repopped PF, but QQ might fit I think.
Could ve been looking for a c/r on the flop and become a little scared when OP bets out on turn as he has showns absolutely no sign of agression so far.

Tough spot. I couldn't blame you for either decision on that river. If you bet 10 you are definitely committed. I think you have to check fold or make a hero call. I would fold as played. Just try not to misclick anymore or miss that flop bet.
