I would offer a lesser WR like Holmes or Jackson.

Also dependent on how many you start.

Do you guys think Maroney's value is high or low? I have a perceived value as maybe the 12-15th best RB. I think Boldin is about the same. I put Moss as the #1 WR but not that far away from Johnson or Smith.

I'm not a huge shockey fan and I don't think much of Davis either. I don't think either is much better than McMichael or LJ Smith on the WW.

I start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D.

You think I'm giving too much?

Also do you think Lynch or Maroney has more value?

I don't really like giving up Boldin but if I have to for Moss it doesn't bother me.

Maroney's perceived value is lower than his actual value, imo. I had to listen to my roommate tell me how much Maroney sucks and how awesome Sammy Morris is. As for Lynch/Maroney, I think it's really close, but I give the edge to Maroney. I like Lynch, but if Losman is out, defenses (stout ones at that) will just stack the box against him.

I'm not a HUGE shockey fan, but he's definitely an upgrade over mcmichael and smith.

I look at the relevant WRs like this

Moss is definitely a top 3 WR, arguably #1. Wayne is easily top 10, maybe even top 5. I think the gap between Boldin and Holmes is noticeable, but not huge. If you're gonna toss Shockey his way, he may be willing to give up Moss for Lynch/Holmes. Try it.

OK, I feel like kicking babies.

Person A gives up Todd Heap and Lendale White
Person B gives up Chad Johnson and Ernie Johnson

Person A has terrible RBs and no depth, but this trade obviously sucks.

My question, at what point do you veto a trade. I have never vetoed a trade, even unfair ones because I think a person should be rewarded for owning an idiot, but where do you draw the line?

[/ QUOTE ]

I might veto it, why is A trading away White if his rb's suck

I meant Person B has terrible RBs. He apparently thinks White is a horse.

Does anyone think there's a difference between Boldin & Driver for the long-term?

I personally like Driver. I don't think the difference will be big though. Driver is definitely the guy, while Boldin has Fitz right there

OK. I have A. Johnson, Walker & Boldin. All injured obv. Ghey roster restrictions where we're only allowed to carry 3 WR's (start 2). WTF is my play? I probably like Walker the least of the 3 but he's the only guy healthy enough to play this week.

I'm desperate to open up a roster spot. I have tough byes next week and week 6, and as of now I'm tanking week 6 (kitna's bye if I can't get a decent 2 for 1 trade)

Would I be giving up too much offering this trade?
Coles + Benson for Travis Henry

Obviously I'm on the wrong side, but here is my lineup

QB: Kitna
RB: Addai, Lamont Jordan, Benson, Thomas Jones, Brandon Jacobs
WR: Holt, Housh, Driver, Coles
TE: Crumpler
K: Reed
D: Minnesota

I don't plan on offering anything until after the Sunday games, so hopefully Benson thrashes Detroit and I can sell him high
