Assuming you havnt been a complete maniac from the SB this is an easy fold. AK/Qo owns you, AK/Q with a spade owns you even harder, overpairs own you, overpairs with spades = your dead, sets = you're owned. etc etc

Plus the stacks, ugh, INSTA muck

Edit: not to mention on this board he's expecting you to 3-bet or fold, so its very unlikely he's doing it with a tentative hand like a one pair lower than yours that doesnt want to wonder if your 3-bet is overcards+spade

Tricky spot, your probably flipping at best. His range is most likely over pairs, AK with a spade, AKs, sets, maybe some mid pairs?
