Whale,

Are you asking "why import the HHs from your hard drive before importing from email"?

If so, it's so the 'empty' summaries appear in PT so that you can use the auto-request feature in PT. If you're already manually requesting your summaries, you can skip that step.

Pls excuse my ignorance. I think you answered my question. You are implying that I do not need to import HHs because I am already getting tourney summaries.

So, there is no use for HHs other than this (like to track other players..i.e. rate thier play etc)?

Does anybody know how to find the server name your e-mail resides on? Can you just e-mail your service provider and ask or can I find this in the settings on my PC somehow? (I have Comcast, in case anybody happens to know the server name off the top of their head.)

I just googled "comcast pop server" and it looks like it's mail.comcast.net. (It'll very often just be whatever comes after the @ in your email address w/ "mail." prefixed to it).

Thank you. That actually looks familiar to me from when I set my mail accounts up after I switched to Comcast, so I'm sure you're right.

I have Comcast too. I suck at computers so I called Comcast and talked to someone who helped me figure this out.

That's what I meant by...

"Sometimes I have to click Stop and then Start again for a tournament to get requested. But eventually, they should all come through successful."

It wasn't very clear, but try that and see if it works.
